Automotive Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Vehicle Technician to join our Stoneacre Motor Group team. As part of the UK's fastest growing motor group, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art workshop and develop your skills and career in EV Technology.
In this role, you will carry out MOT testing, service, repair, and maintenance work on customers' vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy. You will work with various manufacturers, representing their brands and working on diverse vehicle models.
To succeed in this role, you must be willing to train within the Manufacturer Franchise and aim to progress to Senior and Master Technician status. We offer dedicated manufacturer training to support your development and career growth in EV Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet franchise, company, and manufacturer standards in a service environment.
- Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on various vehicle types.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Diagnose faults, replace components, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Advise customers on vehicle faults, servicing needs, and future requirements.
About You:
- We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds with experience in the Automotive sector.
- A minimum Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is required, along with an MOT Testers Licence.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability are essential in this dynamic environment.
- Strong technical ability and problem-solving skills are necessary to overcome challenges.
- An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
- A full UK driving licence is mandatory.
Salary:
