HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client based in Blackpool. This is an exciting time to join a thriving business, as they embark on a period of positive change.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR Advisor or possibly a HR Assistant looking to make the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be based in the Fleetwood office, working 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Support with HR Administration, including contracts, letters, and starter/leaver documentation
  • Manage a caseload of Employee Relations, attending meetings for disciplinary investigations, grievances, performance management, and absence management
  • Keep the HRIS system up to date and compliant, gathering data for MI and creating regular reports
  • Onboard new employees and work with the recruitment team
  • Communicate updates and changes to employees with the wider HR team
Requirements:
  • HR Advisor experience with the ability to deal with a range of employee relations cases
  • Ideal CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (study support available)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Positive attitude, willingness to help others, and resolve issues
What's on offer?
  • Basic salary up to £36,000 per annum
