English Teacher Leader

Parker Smith Inclusion is working in partnership with a Pupil Referral Unit to find an experienced Lead English Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.
The school provides a highly personalised and purposeful curriculum that enables pupils to participate in a wide range of academic, creative, sporting, and vocational learning opportunities and activities.
The ideal candidate will have successfully completed teacher training, hold experience teaching English & Literacy, and possess proven teaching & learning experience. Ideally, they will also have leadership experience and the energy, passion & drive to raise standards.
This role could suit someone looking to transition from mainstream education into a specialised environment or those seeking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (Inner London Main Pay Scale) + TLR for experienced Lead English Teachers.
