GSL Education is a leading provider of special educational needs support services in London. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Support Assistant to join our team at a supportive special educational needs school in Feltham.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in an SEN or SEMH setting, and be able to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with special educational needs, helping them engage with their learning and build confidence.

About the Role

As a SEN Support Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to implement behaviour management strategies and differentiated learning activities, supporting the educational and emotional development of students with Autism, ADHD, or other specific needs.
