About the Role
The Role
GAP Group Limited is a leading provider of equipment hire services to various industries, including construction, utilities, and infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Driver to join our team.
The Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of hire equipment to and from customer sites. This will involve loading, delivering, and collecting equipment, as well as demonstrating its use and completing any necessary checks and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and delivering hire equipment to customer sites
- Collecting equipment from customer sites
- Demonstrating the use of equipment to customers
- Completing checks and administration related to equipment hire
Requirements
- C1 Licence
- Driver CPC (35 hours completed)
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience in a similar industry
