Administrative and Reception Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist. As the first point of contact for new and existing customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of house reception desk, handling queries and providing information to customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, responding to queries and resolving issues
  • Input data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of data quality
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, covering holiday periods and other absences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Outlook
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a property management setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
