About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Mental Health Helpline team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our service users receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver outstanding services to vulnerable groups.
  • Drive a positive and inclusive culture, fostering continuous professional development.
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Monitor team performance, implementing strategies for improvement where needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance service provision.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in leadership, management, and social care. You will have a proven track record of managing and developing teams, with a passion for supporting those in need. You will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

You will have a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling or equivalent, and an appropriate qualification in Management, Social Care, or a related field. You will be adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
