Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations: Monitor and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines, ensuring all employees are properly uniformed and groomed.
  • Finance: Establish guest accounts, manage cash handling, and balance daily shift reports.
  • Security: Maintain the security of all hotel assets, complete security patrols, and report any loss or damage.
  • Human Resources: Roster and record associate shifts, manage Oracle system, and deliver training to the team.
Requirements
  • Previous front office experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to influence others positively, attention to detail, and IT skills.
