Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at William Grant & Sons. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of our commercial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate total demand to support the delivery of commercial and operational goals, while meeting customer expectations.
  • Support the commercial team in all distributor changes, adhering to business guidelines.
  • Analyze trends and seasonal profiles for key markets to support and advise the commercial teams on demand plan revisions.
  • Manage all shipments and cost per case to market, ensuring timely delivery to customers and HMRC compliance.
  • Support and manage new product introductions in line with commercial and marketing requirements, minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
  • Develop professional and productive relationships with key stakeholders to support operational performance and ensure accurate information sharing.
Requirements
  • Export coordinator with customer service experience.
  • Ability to support commercial teams and manage distributor changes according to business guidelines.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to improvement opportunities and supply chain requirements.
  • French speaker is a bonus.
