About the Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share, and successful conversion of reservation enquiries into bookings. You will build relationships with local corporate bookers and leverage sales opportunities to maximize revenue.

Based in the Holiday Inn Stevenage, you will be part of a passionate team that prioritizes exceptional guest experiences and lives through our brand standards.
