Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As Associate Director of Property, you will be responsible for overseeing the regional management of a portfolio of 5 properties in Central and North London. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a team of property managers within the portfolio, ensuring they meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitoring and auditing KPIs for the portfolio, adhering to business vision while maintaining compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Supporting property managers and cross-functional teams to conclude complaints and actions, handling escalated complaints where necessary.
  • Proactively managing contractors, consultants, and other professional advisors to ensure they efficiently support the business.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a property management professional with an ATPI qualification. You must be able to build relationships with all types of customers and clients, possess a resolution-focused mentality, and be creative in your approach. A comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety regulations, building safety, and Leasehold management is essential.
