Join Our Team

As a Junior Technical Writer at KX, you will work under the guidance of the Editor-in-Chief to create and maintain user-facing technical documentation.

Your responsibilities will include content organization, verification, proofreading, and upholding high writing standards.

Your primary goal will be to enhance the user experience through the software documentation you help produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help determine the most effective structure for presenting information, ensuring optimal reader comprehension.
  • Conduct reviews and copyediting of content produced by team members.
  • Manage timelines to align documentation delivery with software release schedules.
  • Continuously enhance documentation quality by incorporating user feedback and industry best practices.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements to accurately reflect product features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, or a related area.
  • Strong command of writing style, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Some experience in technical writing; familiarity with documenting data platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and edit JavaScript, HTML, XML, and stylesheets.
