Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales effectively, ensuring a smooth transaction experience for customers.
Requirements

To succeed as a Car Sales Executive Professional, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in automotive sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: The ability to negotiate and close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge and Passion: A genuine interest in automotive products and trends, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
