About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, cocktails, and spirits, and a proven track record of building and managing a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the bar operations, including stock management and stock takes
  • Developing and implementing a drinks menu that showcases our expertise and creativity
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high standard of quality in all aspects of the bar
  • Working closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive member experience
  • Collaborating with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience as a Bar Manager in a cocktail bar environment
  • Proven track record of building and managing a high-performing team
  • Experience with stock management and stock takes
  • Passion for wine, cocktails, and spirits
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High standard of quality and attention to detail
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
