Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a prestigious 4-star country boutique hotel in the North East. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stunning restaurant, leading a team of 10 front-of-house staff, and reporting to the Hotel General Manager.

• Lead by example, maintaining a friendly yet professional persona and setting high standards for the front-of-house team.
• Have a sound understanding of wines and be able to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Develop and implement effective staff management and training programs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Control ordering and stock control, ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Be a strong leader, able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.
