We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at a prestigious GP surgery in the Doncaster area. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, including NHS Pension.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to the whole practice population.
- To work collaboratively with the general practice team and report to the locality lead nurse.
- To manage chronic disease clinics and support patients to change lifestyle through change-management skills.
Requirements:
- Previous primary care experience and knowledge of general practice working.
- Clinical skills including cervical cytology, immunisation, ear care, and minor surgery.
