The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Dublin.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer engagement and loyalty strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement and loyalty strategies that drive business growth and revenue
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage meetings and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and loyalty

Requirements

  • Strong track record in customer experience, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and executing customer engagement and loyalty strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
