We're seeking a highly skilled Bicycle Technician to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our cycle services team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Bicycle Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert bike service and repair solutions to our customers. Your passion for all things bike will shine through in everything you do, from diagnosing and repairing bikes to helping customers find and maintain their dream bike.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in bike service and repair, ideally with experience in a retail or cycle services environment. If you're a practical problem solver with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert bike service and repair solutions
• Diagnose and repair bikes to the highest quality standards
• Assist customers in finding and maintaining their dream bike
• Work collaboratively with the cycle services team to achieve sales and service targets
