We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at AccorHotel in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage Department and ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience for our guests.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and leadership of the restaurant, developing and documenting service standards and protocols, recruiting, training, managing, and mentoring front-of-house team members, and providing detailed and precise communication with guests and hotel staff.

You will also collaborate with other departments and managers to deliver high-quality service while meeting time-sensitive targets. Additionally, you will serve as a hands-on leader and mentor for your department and the wider hotel, maintaining food and beverage service to meet high standards defined by Raffles brand standards.

Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner, accurately managing all transactions during service, and managing team member schedules, stock, and wastage levels.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career advancement.

Estimated salary: £62,500 based on location and industry standards.
