We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at James George Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Scotland central belt area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the senior sales/management team to drive the company's sales strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
