Job Title: Head of Analytics

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing data strategies that drive business outcomes. As our Head of Analytics, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Designing and delivering data management systems that meet our reporting needs
  • Driving adoption of best practices in data management, reporting, and automation
  • Creating and overseeing dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Developing an AI strategy to automate tasks and processes
  • Establishing data governance policies that ensure data quality and integrity
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in a large, international, and complex organization
  • Deep understanding of data management, reporting frameworks, and AI technologies
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • SQL and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Extensive experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and process automation methodologies
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data science, business analytics, computer science, or a related field
