Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Leader to join our QA team at RedTech Recruitment in Cambridge.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented QA Engineer with strong academic credentials, robust problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail to lead and mentor junior QA Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with AI software and be able to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum is on offer for this role, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior QA Engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of software products
  • Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain testing strategies and plans to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA engineering, preferably in the AI software industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
