About the Role

Agility Resourcing is seeking a recent graduate with a strong background in finance to join our team as a Financial Analyst. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and Director in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Analysis: You will be responsible for collecting and analysing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: You will prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Finance Manager and Director.
  • Cost Analysis: You will conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Financial Planning: You will assist in the development of financial plans and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Database Management: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Financial Recommendations: You will provide financial recommendations to stakeholders based on your analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • A 2:1 or above in Maths, Economics, Business, or a statistical-based degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
