ESG Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Data Analyst to join our Health, Safety & Sustainability team at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. As an ESG Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sustainability strategy by managing, analyzing, and reporting on ESG data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, administer, and manage data from multiple sources related to environmental, social, and governance practices.
  • Monitor environmental KPIs and create intensity metrics to measure the efficiency and impact of operations.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to set and track targets for improvement, ensuring alignment with internal goals and industry standards.
  • Develop and coordinate a centralized database for ESG metrics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze trends in ESG data to identify patterns, insights, and anomalies.
  • Investigate anomalies or deviations in data trends, providing explanations for the variations.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain and create PowerBI dashboards for business use.
  • Compile data to prepare detailed and accurate quarterly reports on ESG performance.
  • Support the wider team by contributing towards external reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
  • Junior experience in ESG data analysis or carbon footprint reporting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
