Transaction Finance Coordinator

Rapid growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Finance Coordinator to join Robert Walters UK's Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will support the Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of the transactional finance department, providing administrative assistance and contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department.
In this role, you will be responsible for recording all payments and transactions, allocating payments across accounts, submitting invoices, registering supplier invoices, resolving account queries, reviewing ledgers, setting up accounts on the accounting software, and liaising with internal stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Manager to achieve business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Record all payments and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Allocate payments and receipts across all relevant accounts.
- Investigate and resolve queries related to supplier and customer accounts.
- Review the Aged Debtor and Aged Creditor ledgers regularly.
- Achieve accuracy in setting up accounts on Sage for new suppliers and customers.
Your Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid annual leave.
