About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a multifaceted role within our student services and marketing teams, working closely with the Social Media Executive to enhance our online presence. Key responsibilities include welcoming new students, ensuring a smooth orientation experience, fostering a customer service-focused culture for improved student retention, leading diverse social program activities, and addressing student inquiries promptly.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster a customer service-focused culture for improved student retention.
  • Lead diverse social program activities to enhance student engagement.
  • Address student inquiries promptly, including courses, accommodation, and well-being.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve student issues and complaints.
  • Collect and analyse feedback for continuous improvement and high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with EP head office on post-arrival service matters.
  • Contribute to managing student accommodation and collaborate for optimal service delivery.
  • Actively identify and implement opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work both independently and within a team, positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a customer-focused mindset with a passion for assisting others.

The ideal candidate should also be familiar with the education industry and study abroad programs. A competitive salary of £15,000 per annum is offered, along with a stipend of £150 per week and paid public transport expenses for full-time interns committing up to 40 hours per week. Part-time interns will receive a complimentary morning English course.
