As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will be supporting the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers, helping them to achieve their potential and providing guidance on sales floor operations. You will also be responsible for back office tasks such as holidays and rotas, and will play a key role in setting the sales floor ablaze with enthusiasm and energy. Who are we looking for?
