As an OD Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling the success of our organizational strategy by bringing together all parts of the organization to ensure the 'system' operates at its best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence and drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development (OD) strategies and initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness and performance.
  • Manage complex conversations, present, explain, motivate, engage, and influence at all levels.
  • Work with Organization Design Consultants to advise on work design choices and approaches to ensure alignment between structure, systems, processes, and culture.
  • Build organizational capability through effective collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to identify and address organizational challenges.
  • Identify, design, and deliver organization development and behavioral interventions, including change management processes, leadership development programs, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Partner with People & OD teams to integrate OD practices into leadership, management, and talent development, employee experience, wellbeing, and EDI agendas.
  • Evaluate the impact of OD initiatives, measuring key performance indicators and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant professional field, such as Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent by experience.
  • Professional membership of CIPD at Chartered level or working towards this.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and expert knowledge in relevant professional areas.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing complex culture, behavioral, or systems issues through professional application of the consultancy model.
  • Strong understanding of leading-edge organization development and change theories and methods, with demonstrable experience of practical and successful application of these within a complex matrix environment.
