Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee a Solo Children's Home in Longbridge. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overall management, quality of care, and safety, ensuring the home meets regulatory requirements and delivers outstanding care to children with complex needs.

Responsibilities

Working with Us
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary range takes into account the location, industry standards, and the company's expectations for this position. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
