BMS Project Manager

As a BMS Project Manager with Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for delivering projects within the South of England, from sales to operations handovers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
- Undertake sales handovers to interpret and understand project scope
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental management across all projects
- Provide direction, control, and implementation of projects
- Ensure commercial performance and manage subcontractors
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in BMS and control systems or direct BMS project operations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
- Experience working on large projects with a track record for delivery (typically £80k-£300k in value)
