Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Professional to join our team as a Strategic Broker Development Manager - UKI. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with senior management of UK wide Broking organizations to build and maintain strong relationships that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex broker relationships and developing strategies to achieve tangible financial goals. You will be responsible for ensuring relationship alignment between Chubb and designated UKI Growth Brokers, tracking performance of broker accounts against v broker plans, and providing timely and accurate reporting to management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CHUBB Broker relationship and being recognized as such by colleagues and brokers
  • Ensuring relationship alignment between Chubb and designated UKI Growth Brokers
  • Oversight and tracking performance of broker account v broker plan
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Senior Broker Management
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting to Management when required
  • Oversight performance of all broker facilities
  • Working with the London and Regional Trading Teams to ensure objectives are met

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
