Security Officer

Guardior Security Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team in the Bicester area. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the personal safety of our staff, contractors, and visitors to the project.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safe access and egress of all personnel on and off the project, including compliance with biometric procedures.
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service at all times, respond positively to any incidents, and be conscious of all visitors to the site.
- Conduct regular patrols of the site to ensure Health & Safety of all site personnel and maintain security standards at the highest level.
- Report faults, Health & Safety issues, and escalate any complaints to Supervisors and the client's appointed person.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and the importance of good interaction with clients, contractors, and visitors.
- IT literate with a competent understanding of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- NVQ Level 2 Award for working as a Door Supervisor or Security Officer.
- SIA Licensed Security Operative in either of the above sectors.
- Current DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service).
- Preferred 3 years working experience within the relevant sector.
- Conflict Management and Physical Intervention training.
- Fire Marshal or Traffic Marshal certification.
- Major Project experience including access control and induction processes.
- CCTV licensed.
4 on, 4 off nights - Mon to Fri nights are 17:00-07:30, weekends are 19:30-07:30.
Job Types:Full-time, Zero hours contract.
£50 per hour.
12 hour shift.
Security Officers: 2 years (required).
