We are seeking experienced warehouse pickers to join our team in Rugby. As a voice picking specialist, you will be trained to pick home entertainment products using a headset that acts like Siri or Alexa.

This is a manual, active role where you will be walking around the pick face, picking items, working with production targets, and completing some replen work. The warehouse is clean, warm, and modern, and the product is not heavy.

To be considered, you need to be local to Rugby, confident with picking, able to read and speak English, and have a positive, outgoing personality.

This role offers:

  • £12.47 - 12.97 p/hour (depending on if you work a full 5 shift week)
  • Weekly pay via Solvit Recruitment LTD.
