We are partnering with a reputable Primary school in Wandsworth, London, to find a talented graduate to join their team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in a Year 4 class.

This exciting opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic teaching environment. You will work closely with experienced teachers and benefit from full training to become a confident and effective teaching assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students in a lively and inclusive classroom setting.
  • Participate in lesson planning and delivery, contributing to the educational development of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop skills and experience as a General Teaching Assistant, with opportunities to work with pupils with SEN.
  • Attend regular training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in any subject (2024 or recent graduates considered).
  • Previous experience working with children, either paid or unpaid.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting students' learning.

Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in education and make a real difference in the lives of students.
