As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the childcare team in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the childcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of children and staff.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development and growth.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to children. The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.Excellent leadership and management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.
