As a Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care to young people in our residential settings. Your role will involve:

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with young people, built on trust, empathy, and understanding
  
• Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes emotional growth and stability
  
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver individualized care plans, tailored to each young person's needs and goals
  
• Participating in recreational activities, educational programs, and therapeutic interventions designed to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A full UK driving licence
  
• The right to work in the UK
  
• Be at least 21 years old (due to industry regulations)
  

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,672 - £31,294 per annum, based on 8 shifts per month and an hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.30. You will also have opportunities to earn overtime pay at an enhanced rate. The most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins (shifts may vary). Rotas are provided in advance.
