About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Key Worker to join our dedicated team in our older persons support service in Sheffield. As a Key Worker, you will be responsible for working with customers to achieve their aspirations, goals, and help them remain independent at home.

The role can be challenging but highly rewarding. You will work closely with a team and the service is busy, where each day is different and varied.

Our purpose is for our customers to settle at home, live well and realise their potential. We believe that the need for innovative services we provide alongside our homes is as strong as ever.

About You:

You will be able to demonstrate a real focus on working with customers on their journey to independence using a strength-based trauma-informed approach. You will have some knowledge of older people and understand the importance of people being encouraged to identify their own strengths.

You will work with people to positively and proactively live independently at home. You will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to apply for this role.
