Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to support a non-verbal Year 2 student with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) who is working at an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) level.

Estimated Salary: £62,000 - £70,000 per annum based on 190 days work (approx. £325-£368 per day)

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, particularly with children with ASC.
  • Training in Intensive Interaction techniques is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and experience working with EYFS-level students.
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
