Diverse Abilities is seeking a Female Lead Support Worker to join our Poole and Bournemouth team in Supported Living. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team to provide personal care and support to individuals with physical and/or learning difficulties in their own homes.
As a Female Lead Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users. You will work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement effective strategies to promote independence and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma Level 3/4 or equivalent, basic numeracy and literacy skills, and a full UK Manual Driving License. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a person-centred approach and proactive attitude.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive access to thousands of retailer discounts through Blue Light Card, auto-enrolment pensions, six weeks paid accrued holiday, and a cycle to work scheme.
