Mechanical Package Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Align Mechanical activities to ensure safe completion, prioritizing the Health and Safety of all stakeholders.
* Lead by example, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of Company-specific Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Be aware of and ensure all stakeholders are aware of hazardous energies and site-specific management strategies.
* Have a full working knowledge of project Mechanical systems and track installation to ensure compliance with specification and program needs.
* Understand project-specific commissioning requirements and assist in developing Commissioning Implementation Plans (CIPs).
* Complete site inspections to ensure Mechanical, BAS/BMS, MEP & CSA works conform to relevant requirements.
* Coordinate rooms and areas to meet relevant CSA and MEP Quality standards and requirements.
* Ensure stakeholders receive necessary information for systems installation, allowing for works progression in line with the master construction program.
* Ensure contractors and vendors are adequately resourced to complete works successfully.
* Review the master construction schedule to identify opportunities and sequencing to focus on work faces in terms of Mechanical and CSA scope.
* Chair and input into onsite and offsite meetings with all relevant project stakeholders.
* Issue weekly progress & costs report as required.
* Manage sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
* Review and ensure system mechanical stakeholders produce relevant documents and trackers.
* Ensure all relevant Field and Vendor turnover/handover packs are produced as required by the project.", "lang_code": "en"}
