Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator

Impellam Group is seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Product team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business-wide change and transformation.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement within the squad. Your expertise in Agile principles and practices will be instrumental in promoting strong Agile adoption across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate Scrum events, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and report on sprint metrics, velocity trends, and impediment logs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster open communication and transparency within the team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and customers to manage new demand and the backlog, contributing to the Product team's annual planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile principles, including the Scrum framework.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate information flow, transparency, and alignment within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team, promoting open communication and finding solutions.
  • Expertise in facilitating Scrum events and guiding ceremonies to ensure they are productive and focused.
