Job Title: Process Specialist/Process Support Engineer

As a key member of our Production team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and maintaining equipment and processes to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Generating and approving process documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the implementation and delivery of effective, safe, and compliant production manufacturing operations within the agreed organization framework.
  • Ensuring processes for products to be manufactured are set up and maintained in accordance with GMP, Standard Operating Procedures, and other regulatory agency requirements.
  • Involvement in the validation phases of new processes and their transition into routine commercial manufacturing.
  • Collaborating with and supporting other team members to deliver project goals.
  • Supporting the implementation of staff training and development programs to ensure competency and support the achievement of objectives.
  • Closely working with other team members to draw in expertise as appropriate and work effectively as a member of the project team.
  • Enhancing manufacturing, filling, inspection, and packaging processes to optimize performance.
  • Enhancing customer experience and offering effective solutions to key customers.

  • Ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety rules, signage, and instructions at all times.
  • Ensure prompt reporting and investigation of all accidents, near misses, and breaches of rules.
Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Actively participating in a Science or Engineering-based degree, or possessing equivalent experience; ideally Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical and software operation highly valued.
  • Proactive approach to work with a willingness to do what needs to be done to deliver against targets.
  • Pragmatic/common sense approach to problem-solving.
