Pool Attendant

At Nuffield Health, we're looking for a dedicated Pool Attendant to join our team at our Newbury Gym. As a Pool Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members when using our wet facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
• Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment that makes our members feel valued and supported.
• Make sure everyone who arrives at our club enjoys a warm welcome and efficient service.
• Be attentive and alert at all times, responding promptly to any incidents.
• Connect with members, helping them to feel valued and supported.
