Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff, including support staff and assistants, to ensure the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services.
- Communicate effectively with a range of clinicians, managers, directors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement appropriate policies, protocols, and care pathways to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Support the completion of appraisals and personal development plans with junior staff to ensure their continued growth and development.
- Ensure the delivery of occupational therapy student placements to support the development of future occupational therapists.
- Occupational Therapy profession qualification.
- UK HCPC Registration.
- Extensive and relevant post-qualification clinical experience with children and young people who have complex needs.
- Extensive experience of applying occupational frames of reference and approaches.
- Demonstrates evidence of highly effective clinical reasoning skills.
- Highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.
- Knowledge of how to work with neurodiverse individuals.
- Annual salary of £40,040.
