Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Neonatal Qualified In Speciality Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS. As a key member of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for the care of one or more defined groups of babies within the Neonatal Unit, without supervision. You will utilize and further develop your specialist skills to provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care. Additionally, you will actively participate in and contribute to the management of the clinical area.

Essential Criteria

  • RN/RCN with current registration at degree level.
  • Neonatal qualification QIS and NLS.

Desirable Criteria

  • NLS Provider.

Skills/Abilities

Essential Criteria

  • The ability to effectively function as part of a multidisciplinary team and prioritize own workload.

Desirable Criteria

  • Enhanced Neonatal skills or working towards.
  • Evidence of research and audit.
