As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of presentation at the bar, managing stock levels, and developing the skills of our team members. You will also have the opportunity to gain professional qualifications and take advantage of clear career progression pathways.

The role includes:

• Ensuring high standards of presentation at the bar
• Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
• Developing the skills of team members through training and development
• Running team incentives to promote sales and upselling
• Ensuring all beverages are served in accordance with licensing regulations and company policy

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as up to 50% off holidays and 25% off holidays for friends and family.
