**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Chemist to contribute to the development of innovative products in our laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating new products, scaling up existing formulations, and ensuring quality control.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing formulations

• Design and execute experiments to test new raw materials and optimize formulations

• Supervise production batches and ensure quality control

• Liaise with sales and production teams to update and implement formulation changes

• Prepare weekly reports on project progress and raw material testing

• Manage lab consumables and maintain a safe working environment

**What We Offer**
