Hours: Full Time

About the Role:

Simpson Judge Ltd, a reputable specialist law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their expanding team. As a Legal 500 top award-winning team, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on a wide range of residential property transactions, including straightforward sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release.
  • Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction, including post-completion.
  • Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling.
  • Business development through building relationships with estate agents, other introducers of work, and local community networking.
  • Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least two years PQE dealing with a varied caseload or experienced fee earner within residential property.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support.
  • Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files.
  • Presentation of a professional image both electronically, verbally, and face-to-face with clients.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Eager to progress in your career.
