Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Nike UK team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability for our lifestyle partners in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising, ensuring optimal product flow and in-season trading and replenishment to maximize account results.
  • Plan and forecast account business, utilizing category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace knowledge to inform commercial decisions.
  • Build seamless consumer experiences, scaling online-to-offline interactions and obsessing over product launch journeys across the account platform ecosystem.
  • Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of the account by managing the end-to-end business.
  • Expertly manage commercial partnerships, driving CFOP goals independently through proactive problem-solving and improving collective team performance.
  • Collaborate on partner experiences at sell-in and co-own the end-to-end experience for the showroom, working closely with office admin and/or city experience lead and x-functional partners.
  • Actively contribute to Ground Game for lifestyle and ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence, and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in account commercial management, acquired in or across sales, buying, merchandising, business planning, etc.
  • Mastery of seasonal management and flow through Code.
  • Ability to create account plans, including buy and assortment plans, stock and sales plans, and strategic long-term and commercial short-term plans.
  • Account-facing, with full end-to-end ownership of relationships and business impact with partners, bringing CFOPs to life with relevant Nike marketplace partners.
  • Proven track record of reading and analyzing relevant sales metrics and making strong, strategically aligned commercial decisions.
  • Highly developed digital and omnichannel acumen relevant to the broader sporting goods industry.
  • Proven relationship builder and influencing skills, with stakeholder management of both internal and external partners.
  • Fosters effective teamwork by building cohesive relationships that apply diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
