Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team at Winner Education. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering innovative and creative curriculum plans for students with complex additional needs.

You will lead 1:1 and small group sessions, contribute to a multicultural and inclusive learning environment, and maintain high levels of learner engagement. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with complex additional needs, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Special Education or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver innovative and creative curriculum plans
  • Lead 1:1 and small group sessions
  • Maintain high levels of learner engagement through innovative and creative approaches

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Special Education or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with complex additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
